A spoon carved from Welsh sycamore in the traditional cawlspoon pattern.
The handle is cross dimensional and decorated with a kohlrosed pattern in the scrimshaw style.
Where the hub of the bowl started to move during the drying stage, I inserted an elm butterfly cleat to save the day.
The spoon is 13 inches long and the bowl is 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
Treated with hot, culinary grade flaxseed oil.
